a group fitness program specifically designed for the needs of the
50-plus Program will address the key components that will start
you on the path to a more functional and active lifestyle. The camps
are indoors, and will meet 3 times per week for 4 weeks. Participants
will meet Monday-Wednesday-Friday from late morning to early afternoon
times. Each meeting will last for one hour. You will work on strength,
endurance, flexibility, balance, and agility.

Explosive Fitness camps M-W - 7pm to 8pm in Mission
& Sat 8am in Mission
Weekend Warrior camp - Sat. 8am in Mission
Women-only camp T-Th-Sat - 9:30am
