Finally, a group fitness program specifically designed for the needs of the older adult!

The 50-plus Program will address the key components that will start you on the path to a more functional and active lifestyle. The camps are indoors, and will meet 3 times per week for 4 weeks. Participants will meet Monday-Wednesday-Friday from late morning to early afternoon times. Each meeting will last for one hour. You will work on strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and agility.

If you are looking for the Rio Grande Valley’s ‘Fountain of Youth!’ You have found it! Once you start on our program you will have more energy, more stamina and be able to move in ways you thought were only possible if you were in your twenties.

Explosive Fitness camps M-W - 7pm to 8pm in Mission
     & Sat 8am in Mission
Weekend Warrior
