A Personal Trainer will develop a fitness program specifically to fit your needs and interests. We can develop a brand-new exercise program, or update an existing one. We can also work with you on a regular basis to motivate and guide you, giving you that extra push to reach your fitness goals. (See Jen's before/after)

Where do we train?
We can see you in a brand new state-of-the-art fitness studio that does not require you to join, or pay any type of membership. You only pay for your personal training services for the month. In addition we provide you with a workout towel and a water bottle for every visit with your trainer.

We can also see you at your home or place of work. We can consult you on how to set up your fitness area at home. We will design it and recommend equipment that will be within your budget. We can also bring our own equipment to your home.

How much does it cost?
That depends upon which option you select:

Buddy Training
Train with a friend and share the cost... pick from the above and add $20 for each session per extra person (add $20 for each session for home or office visits).
