Women-Only Boot Camp is structured just like our Explosive
Boot Camp. It was initially created for our "moms" that stay
home and could not make our 6 am camp time because they are dropping
off the kids at school. At the 7 pm time they are making sure everyone
has dinner, has done their homework and is getting ready for bed.
women-only camp meets 3 times per week for 5 weeks, usually between
9 am and 10 am. Even if you are not a mom and this hour is better
for you, we would be happy to have you.
tailor the class to hit those hips, thighs and abs a little more
often than I do our co-ed class. We work on strengthening your muscles
to better burn calories. We challenge your cardiovascular system
to adapt to a higher level of endurance. I also like to have an
additional hour where we talk about your food
intake and what changes we can make to get you the results you want.
gather all your friends from work, mothers day out group, etc.,
and get started on a new fitness program.... Today!

& Sat 8am in Mission
Weekend Warrior camp - Sat. 8am in Mission
